What ages is this course designed for?
Children ages 0-3, though many of the strategies (especially communication and emotional regulation) work well through age 5 and beyond.
I'm expecting — is it too early to take this?
It's the perfect time! Many parents wish they'd learned these strategies BEFORE the baby arrived. You'll feel so much more prepared.
Is this based on any specific parenting philosophy?
